The team at Meymand Maczynski Property Advisory takes the stress away from clients by searching for on and off market residential properties on their behalf, liaising with estate agents, organising and attending viewings and researching and advising on the local areas. We offer our clients a bespoke and personal service throughout.

DURING THE PROPERTY SEARCH

We find out the client’s main objectives and identify the budget, preferred areas and preferred style of the property to be searched for. We also explain the process of the property purchase, types of land ownership and likely costs associated with the purchase.

AFTER THE OFFER IS ACCEPTED BY THE SELLER

We can recommend a lawyer to handle the legal process of the purchase and a surveyor to check for any structural problems or maintenance issues. We streamline the process by ensuring effective communication with the client’s property lawyer and all the professionals involved. We can assist beyond the completion of the purchase in recommending architects, interior designers and project managers.

 

Our fees

​

A retainer of £1500 plus VAT for a sole agency representation which includes a detailed consultation, 3 month long property search and visiting and reporting on the top 3-5 preferred properties.

1.5% plus VAT of the property purchase price payable on exchange of contracts.
